ADA University offers the Alimardan Bay Topchubashov International Fellowship program to support future leaders deeply committed to serving the public good. Open to international undergraduate and graduate applicants admitted to ADA University’s degree-granting schools, this fellowship is renewable for the duration of their studies, subject to meeting specified criteria and the availability of funds.

Benefits of Alimardan Fellowship

Incoming undergraduate and graduate fellows are entitled to the following benefits during the first semester of their studies:

– 100% tuition fee waiver
– Housing fee for selected University dormitories
– Annual medical insurance
– Monthly stipend of 400 AZN for Fall and Spring semesters, applicable to students residing in Baku, Azerbaijan

Requirements of fellowship?

The Alimardan Bay Topchubashov International Fellowship is renewable for undergraduate students based on the following criteria and the availability of funds:

– Maintain a term GPA of 2.5 or higher for undergraduate and 3.0 or higher for graduate programs
– Fulfill a full load coursework by earned hours
– Adhere to the ADA University Honor Code; violation will result in ineligibility for the fellowship
– Students failing to meet requirements may be placed on fellowship probation for one semester without losing benefits; failure for two consecutive terms will result in loss of fellowship benefits
– Graduate within the normative study period: 5 years for undergraduate students enrolled in the EAPP program, 4 years for those directly enrolled in a degree program, and 2 years for graduate students
– Students readmitted to ADA University are not eligible for the international fellowship program.

The ADA University online application necessitates several supporting documents, including:

  • Additionally, applicants must provide proof of English proficiency through standardized test scores,  ELTS Academic 6.0 / TOEFL IBT 75 / PTE 50 / Duolingo 105 or an English language program.
