Jobs Summary:

  • Undertaking administrative jobs, organizing meetings and maintaining relationships with the directorate or related sub-directorates.

Job requirements

Skills and qualifications:

  • Have at least a bachelor degree;
  • one year of (management and executive) experience;
  • Proficiency in the official languages of the country (Persian and Pashto) and written and verbal familiarity with the English language.
  • Only residents of the related districts can apply for the above-mentioned positions.
  • Computer Skills in job- related programs
  • Typing ability and skills in Pashto and Dari
  • Be ready to accomplish the job in the first or second shift of work at the Tazkira distribution center as appropriate;
  • Ready to do the job according to work-based payment system as necessary;
  • Be ready to do the job if relocated (from capital of the province to districts or vice versa)

Duties and responsibilities:

Main duties: 

  • Writing letters, suggestions, inquiry papers, notes and other documents to ensure subsequent and timely performance;
  • Recording, doing entry and exit of official letters and documents and sending them to the concerned authorities and undertaking follow-up on them;
  • Processing and tracking suggestions on facilities/supplies and required documents in the office in order to solve problems;
  • Listing all letters and documents of the related section and sharing them in a timely manner with the concerned authorities;
  • Organizing the filing system on the computer and documenting the files for maintenance;

Managerial duties:

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual work plan according to the general plan of the administration to achieve the office goals;
  • Performing the assigned tasks in a timely manner toward the objectives of the organization as per instructions;
  • Doing other tasks as assigned; and
  • Submitting monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on activities and achievements as per the need.

Coordination tasks:

Building coordination and relationships with the related units and other parts for better accomplishment of the jobs.
