Job requirements:

1. Qualifications and competencies:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and higher degrees are preferred.
  • Five years of related work experience

Skills:

  • On-the-job training and short-term courses
  • Full competency in one of the official languages and familiarity with the English language.
  • Strong proficiency in (MS Windows, MS Office and Internet, Auto CAD)
  • Management skills, understanding of the legal framework of activities, preparation of working plan, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to do the jobs according to the enforceable plan.
