Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Engaging in teaching at undergraduate level programs as specified by the Head of Department.
- The range of teaching may differ from time to time.
- Developing and applying new methods of teaching to reflect changes in teaching methodology.
- Cooperate with colleagues in the continual review and development of the Department’s programs.
- Assume the responsibility of sharing the experience with colleagues.
- Work in conformity with University policies and procedures to conduct an assessment of students’ course work and provide feedback.
- Partake in departmental development and contribute to research if any, are conducted.
- Encourage students regarding research and collection of data for research.
- Make sure the attendance is called daily, and poor attendance is reported to the management.
- Working closely with the Center Manager and other instructors on the class timing and maintain close coordination with them.
- Attend relevant internal committees and working groups.
- Develop relationships with relevant professional agencies and academic groups.
- Involve in academic activities with industry and other external actors.
- Work as a member of a team, assist in curriculum development, and contributing to departmental meetings.
- Formulating and marking examinations papers.
- Act as academic tutor to students as assigned by the Head of Department and act as the first contact point for them for advice and support on academic matters, ensuring that students are directed to relevant support services when needed.
- Monitor student projects and placements as appropriate & engage in tailored training programs in the University.
- Participate in the staff evaluation scheme.
- Besides the above tasks, undertake such duties as may reasonably be demanded and that are appropriate to the nature and grade of the post.
Job Requirements
1. Education, Skills, and Competencies:
- MBA/MS degree in Finance and Human Resource Management (HRM) and having any academic publication will be an addition.
- Overseas graduates must provide verified documents from the Ministry of Higher Education
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a reputable educational institution.
Language Skills: Fluency in English, Pushto, and Dari is mandatory.
Computer Skills: Knowledge of office automation (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint)
Quick Book, SPSS Software knowledge
Personal Competencies:
Must be hardworking, honest, and regular while having robust communication and teaching skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a vibrant and responsive environment

Having good knowledge about the subject area (s).
