The Center for International and Intercultural communication of the Technical University of Berlin (TU Berlin) and Afghanistan’s Ministry of Higher education Information Technology competency Center in coordination with Independent Administration Reforms and Civil Services Commission (IARCSC) are organizing Master degree program for IT employees from different ministries/organizations of Afghanistan.

Programs Structure:

This a two year program including 4 semesters containing the following:

• Preparation course
• Main program
• Practical Project in Afghanistan
• Master degree thesis

Scholarship advantages

The scholarship organizers provide all the expenses and pay a monthly salary as well.

Scholarship conditions

• Ba an Afghan citizen
• Currently employed in Afghanistan government
• Have at least a bachelor degree in computer science with minimum average point of  65 percent
• Have a one year of working experience in computer science or information technology
• Advance proficiency in English language
• Be under 28 years of age
• Demonstrate the commitment to return back to Afghanistan
• Get the familiarity with the program purpose and be interested in developing information technology in Afghanistan
• Be completely healthy

Note: 50 percent of the selected participants will be female

• Colored Copy of National Identity Card (Tazkira)
