Duties and responsibilities:
- Will work closely with Category Manager and help them to evaluate the market segment, defining the company portfolio and offer, organize the project to hold, monitor to achieve the company goals.
- Assist the team in proving better practice business processes, especially in the field of lead pipeline management, recognize and prioritize programs, and organize reports.
- Recommend process for optimizing and how.
- Improve excel-based tools and analytical models to help business decision making.
- Conduct dive analysis genuinely to recognize the roots of business and reporting programs.
Eligibilities:
- Must pass the online assessment and join to the video interview.
- Attend to 3 virtual interviews in the virtual assessment center.
Required qualifications:
- Obtain a bachelor or master degree
- Excellent skills of English and Dutch (written and verbal)
- Be able to start the program in July 2020
Desired competencies:
- Good knowledge of analytical material such as excel, google analytics, SQL/DBMS.
- Detail attention ability.
- Be able to make decisions.
- Ability to create a plan, work prioritizing, time-management skills.
- Commercial awareness, work experience in a related area.
- A second European language is an advance.
