Who can apply?
The applicant should meet the following requirements:
- Be citizen and currently resident of a developing country that is a World Bank Member.
- Not have dual citizenship of a developed country
- Have the maximum age of 35 years
- Currently enrolled in a Doctoral degree in a World Bank member developing country
- Completed all coursework and exam to attain a PhD
- Have a doctoral thesis centered on a field of development
- Not be a staff or family member of World Bank Staff.
