Afghanistan ministry of higher education has announced that there are Sri Lanka scholarships availabel for Afghanistan residents. According to the ministry of foreign Affairs guidance to the MOHE, UNESCO and Sri Lanka Country have offered 2 scholarships for Afghan students to study in Sri Lanka.

The expenses of study will be covered by UNESCO and Sri Lanka government.

Eligibility and Requirements

1. National Identity card (Tazkira)
2. Passport Copy
3. 4 passport sized photos
4. No criminal responsibility
5. Health examinations
6. The average point of three years must be at least 70
7. English language proficiency (TOEFL 525 or IELTS 6.5). Those who completed the high schoo in English language and those who have accredited English language proficiency
8. Age of the applicants must be between 18 and 25 years

How to apply: 

Eligible applicants can register themselves in the ministry of higher education before or on 13th of Saratan 1397.
