Huawei accepts applications for the Summer School Program for Female Leadership in the Digital Era in 2023. These five days (25th to 30th June) program is part of Huawei’s broader initiative Seeds for the Future and will occur in Valencia city of Spain. Female applicants one from each 27 EU Member States, one from the Western Balkans, and one from Ukraine will be selected for this opportunity. For the current year, the Summer Schools welcome 29 female applicants.

This Summer School will provide a private campus for the five days plus total costs throughout the program. Each day consists of the following:

• A perfect balance of masterclasses and team projects
• Active learning and group activities
• Themed events and cultural experiences
• Free time for participants to explore with their new friends.

Eligibility Criteria

The Summer School eligibility criteria are as follows:

• Young women applicants over 18 are welcome to apply for this opportunity.
• Applicants should be permanent EU, Ukraine, or Western Balkans residents.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in technology and innovation and might come with diverse backgrounds in non-technical degrees such as law, international relations, business management, philosophy, and translation.
• Meet any additional requirements.
