Pakistan embassy has announced that all postgraduate (only Master and PhD programs) students should submit their documents to the Higher education commission (HEC) of Pakistan to the submission email below:

Instructions for scanned copies of documents: 

Students should follow the instructions below for sending their documents:

• Clearly mention the degree program name in the subject line of the email
• The documents must be scanned in color format from the original documents
• All pages of the documents containing any type of text/writing, even if it is on a back page must be included.
• Ensure that the content in the document is visible on the scan copy especially embossed stamps.
• Submission Deadline: October 22, 2020

Required documents based on the program:

MS/M.Phil. Program:

• Scanned copy of Final Degree (Masters /Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education)).
• CV
• Tazkira

Ph.D. program:

• Scanned copy of MS./M.phil degree
• CV
• Synopsis and Research Proposal

Note: All students will be notified of the statute of their admission to universities after the submission of their documents.

Important notes: 

• Only selected applicants are required to submit the documents.
• Documents submission is only accepted by email
• The subject’s allocation will be done after verification of documents.
• Please also write Tazkira’s number in the email subject.
