About the program

Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is to launch the fifth round of Judicial Internship in 1400 Solar Year. The program will be delivered for nine months and in two semesters. The program’s purpose is to upgrade the participants’ legal knowledge and skills for ratifying and scrutinizing legal documents in general. Furthermore, the program is offered to those who have graduated from Law and Islamic Studies (Shariat) faculties of universities.

Job description

Candidates should:

• Be in attendance six days of the week;
• Participate in all sessions and programs conducted constantly;
• Take part in short-term programs (conferences, seminars, workshops) conducted by the department;
• Carry out practical and legal activities at the department concerned;
• Do other tasks assigned by the relevant department.

Admission test conditions

Candidates should:

• Have citizenship of Afghanistan
• Hold a bachelor degree in Law or Shariat (certified by Ministry of Higher Education)
• Not have an official job in any government organization.

Required documents for application:

• Soft copy of application form (completely filled version)
• Colored scan of national ID Card/Taskira
• Colored scan of educational documents (diploma, transcript MoHE-verified or graduation certificate)
• Soft copy of photo (3×4)

Points to consider for documents preparation:

• The photo format should be JPEG.
• All educational documents should be combined into one Pdf file.
• The application form can be either in Pdf or Word format.
• Your email subject line should include your (name, last name & your father’s name).
• The attachments’ (documents (pdf), form (word/pdf), and photo (jpeg) titles must be the applicants’ names and last names.
• All submission documents should not exceed (5 MB) in size.
