Jobs Summary:

Monitoring and ensuring timely and quality execution and delivery of electronic ID services; handling reception, collection and check of data, identity identification, registration, distribution, archive setting, and post-distribution coordination and relationships;

Job requirements

Skills and qualifications:

  • Have at least a bachelor’s degree;
  • At least one year of management experience;
  • Command of the official languages of the country (Persian and Pashto) and written and verbal familiarity with the English language.
  • Only residents of the related districts in the provinces can apply for the Team Leader positions
  • Computer Skills in programs related to the job
  • Typing ability in Pashto and Dari
  • Be ready to accomplish the job in the first or second shift of work at the Tazkira distribution center as appropriate;
  • Ready to do the job in accordance with the work-based payment system as appropriate;
  • Be ready to do the job if relocated (from capital of the province to districts or vice versa)

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual work plan according to the general plan of the administration to achieve the office goals;
  • Implementing the registration and distribution process of E-IDs as per procedures ;
  • Creating a sound environment for registration and distribution of IDs to ensure better services
  • Coordinating with technical units if problems arise;
  • Making an organized archive on a temporary basis at the center and sending the completed files to the general archive in a timely manner;
  • Effectively utilizing the resources of the center;
  • Ensuring the defined targets of related units are achieved;
  • Precisely checking and controlling the subordinates’’ performance while on duties at the center;
  • Calling meeting with subordinates of the relevant units to ensure quality daily work performance;
  • Guiding newly-hired employees and conveying necessary skills and experience to them;
  • Identifying the needs of pertinent units;
  • Offering requisite recommendations for the solution of problems;
  • Partaking in capacity building programs and maintaining effective coordination and relationship with the parts concerned;
  • Monitoring and evaluating the subordinates’ performance to motivate them and improve their work; and
  • Submitting monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on activities and achievements as per the need.
