If you are a college, university or graduate school student willing to participate in an international conference, you can apply to International student Conference in Japan.

The 65^th International Student Conference will be organized in Japan in the Theme of “ Embrace Diversity as Youths of Today and Driving Forces of Tomorrow”. The program includes following parts:

–          Table Discussion

–          Final Forum

–          Japanese cultural experience

–          Cultural exchanges

–          Tokyo study tour

There are some scholarships available for overseas students who are in need of financial assistance to reduce their travel costs.

Advance Conference date: May 11-12, 2019 (not mandatory to joint)

Study meeting: June – August (not mandatory to joint)

Advanced Study Tour: August 21- 23, 2019

Main conference: August – September

Number of Scholarships: 1-2

Scholarship amount:

–          30K-50K JPY based on the region you live.

Program Fee: 43,000 JPY for students residing out of Japan, 60,000 for Japan residents.

Who is eligible to apply?

–          have a national of a country other than Japan

–          Be currently enrolled in college, University or graduate school in Japan or overseas

–          Be over 18 years of age by June 1^st, 2019

–          Have the ability to participate in all program with their parents agreement

–          Show dedication to the program, motivation and responsibility during the whole activities

–          Be fluent enough in English language to sufficiently participate in discussion

First Selected applicants will be notified in March 17-20, and will be invited to a Skype interview.

The final result will be notified in March 31.
