The fellowship structure is virtual, with a four-week in-residence experience in Cambridge in April 2025. The program’s curriculum includes executive coaching, speaking engagements, mentorship, executive education courses, meetings, workshops, events, and networking.

The 2024 – 2025 LEAD Fellows cohort will join a global community of former fellows from 16 countries across Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, and South America. Their expertise covers various fields, including HIV/AIDS, healthcare, and health policy.
