The focus of Govlab is on governance, social accountability, civic engagement and public service delivery, 2019 Governance lab with CcHUB want to support innovative organizations in mentioned area and help you to bring your ideas to life, so if your organization activity is on better democratic governance and have a different idea for engaging the participant with governments and it seems to you important so apply and make the 2019’s program differ than the last year, beside of that, achieve the prize and improve your projects.

Which kind of idea the program expects?

• Your idea must encourage the participant in making law and policy
• Make different bridge in elections process
• Motivate the participations in university governance

Selection process:

• 5 top participants will be invited to Lagos
• Participants will have 2-day workshop
• In last day of the workshop 3 final participant will be qualified for the Lagos-based CcHUB Pre-Incubation program.

What is the prize?

• final winners will receive $5000
• access to different supporters
• mentorship for fast designing and operating your projects
• access to physical materials like office, internet, meeting rooms, etc
• will receive the opportunity to access to the $10,000 Amazon Web services credit

how to apply?

• Applicant must submit a new innovative idea or business plan which should cover 1 year
• Applicants should be a team with minimum 3 members
• Participants be able to travel to Lagos

How should your project be?

• Make clear the problems with needs and opportunities and your project, not only focus on getting the money it should contain most potential and valuable area
• Define the problem you are making solution for and the targeted audiences
• Your solution must be simple, interesting and creative
• Create your project based on skills and competences with passions you have
