Program start date: 3 August 2020

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for working at least 10 to 12 hours a week.
• Take part in three weeks of online training focused on Global Citizen Year, teaching platform, and curriculum.
• Perform the scheduled work of the Global Citizen Academy curriculum.
• Responsible for teaching one of the courses below:
• Systems and society: the topics are the complicated relationship between human behavior, group dynamics, and society.
• Practical leadership: focusing on foundation building of living and leading with purpose.
• Provide grade, feedback, and office hours for students.
• Check-ins with fellow instructors and supervisors per week.

Required skills and experience:

• Teaching experience.
• Familiarity with teaching facilitating, discussion methods, and involvement technics.
• Ability and experience of critical thinking teaching, problem-solving, and supervising the students to work on their projects.
• Be a quick learner and get familiarity with the new technology platform soon.

Preferred skills:

• Online facilitation experience.
• Have experience in teaching high school students and college students.
• Work with international academics.
• Have a master or Ph.D. degree
