Afghanistan Ministry of Higher education Mohe announcement for Azerbaijan Scholarship
According to the announcement of the ministry of higher education in Afghanistan, Khazar University in Azerbaijan offers scholarships in different level of studies including bachelor’s degree, master’s degree and Ph.D. for the academic year of 2018-2019. This scholarship is announced based on the minister instruction on the following conditions:
Condition of the scholarship:
The average number of high school must not be lower than 70 percent
