This Fellowship is offered to outstanding South Asian applicants to develop their skills and empower them in planning and development of sustainable Art Organizations . The program will provide opportunity to promote their leadership skills in arts and culture sector that consequently will bring a personal development and career growth for the fellows.

Fellowship Benefits:

  • Participation in two-week residential course including strategic planning, cultural Policy, Marketing and Communications, Fundraising, HR and Finance
  • A one month secondment with a cultural institution in Germany/UK/South Asian over the academic year of 2019-2020
  • A final seminar in May 2020


Who can be a fellow?

Applicants who meet the following requirements can apply for this fellowship:

  • Having at least 3 years of working experience in the sector of Arts /culture
  • Submitting an on-going arts/culture project
  • Be a national of the following countries:
    • Afghanistan
    • Bangladesh
    • India
    • Iran
    • Nepal
    • Pakistan
    • Sri Lanka
