OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe) Academy, located in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan,  it was established in 2002 by the Kyrgyz government and the Organization for security and cooperation in Europe (OSCE).

The OSCE Academy accepts 60 students in a very competitive procedure in master programs designed for young professionals who have a strong work ethic, with broader education wish in the areas of:

• Political Sciences,
• Security studies,
• international relations
• conflict prevention
• international development studies
• Economics and questions of good governance

The program starts on the first of September 2023 and ends at the end of February 2025.  The program has a mandatory preparatory summer school that will be held from 7th to 30th August 2023.

• 450 Euros Monthly stipend for 18 months

• This program provides you paid internship in Europe (at (OSCE Secretariat in Vienna, Norwegian Institute of International Affairs in Oslo, Geneva Centre for Security Policy, Aleksanteri Institute of the University of Helsinki, etc.) if you get a top GPA.

Requirements/eligibilities

• Be a Citizen of one of  the following countries : Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, and Uzbekistan or OSCE participating states.
• Having obtained or expected to complete a Bachelor’s Degree before starting the program (MA,  or Specialist Diploma) in a related field.
• Advanced level of English Language Proficiency.
• Age limit: 35 or younger as of the program start  (September 1, 2023)
