 Job summary:

The salesperson is responsible for daily market visit/order writing from the assigned market on a daily basis and gives h/her daily report to the concerned observer/supervisor for further works.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Visit as many outlet stores as possible per day and make the file report of market productivity for each of the outlet stores visited.
• Make sure all SKUs of Selina products are displayed very well.
• Responsible to give on-time reports if Selina’s products were copied or misused by customers to the sales supervisor/manager.
• Help other salesmen in daily works if needed.
• Participate in any type of marketing and advertisements by Selina.
• Have a friendly behavior with customers for the sales increment and presenting company’s promotion offers and plans to customers
• Maintain the daily marketing for the good position of all Selina products in a specified route.
• Wear company’s uniform and ID card during the formal time.
• Imply good communication with customers and office colleagues.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to the sales supervisor/manager.
• Any other tasks that will be assigned by the supervisor and leadership.

Job Requirements:

• At least High School degree is required while university degree in Business Administration is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in food or beverage industries or Sales, Marketing & Merchandising work experience in the FMCG Industry..
• Strong knowledge of overall sales & merchandising techniques.
• Sound communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Able to read and write in Dari and Pashto and skills in English is important.
• Be aware of all Kabul areas.
• Having a legal driving license is highly preferred.
• Able to work more than the normal working hours.
