Job Summary

AMMC is looking for 20 Female Surveyors for a Telephone survey project in Kabul. Eligible female candidates can read the details below and apply.

Job Description:

The surveyors will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Participation in the 5-day workshop/ training provided by the company in Kabul and conducting mock and pilot interviews. Those surveyors who pass the tests after the training would be recruited.
2. Conducting household interviews/ surveys through Telephonic surveys using tablets/computers in SurveyCTO.
3. Review of the done interviews for completion, logical checks and missing information and redoing the interviews that carry problems.
4. Daily and weekly reporting of the work progress and challenges during the telephonic survey (CATI)
5. Peer Review of the audio recordings of other colleague’s surveys and providing inputs through a form.

Job requirements:

1. Three years of similar experience as a Surveyor/ Enumerator implementing telephonic interviews/ field research or four years of experience in working in an interactive call center environment.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or Journalism is preferred. Bachelors in Economics with a focus on Statistics is also ok.
3. Must have a proper command of spoken Dari and Pashto and some primary knowledge of English.
4. Must have a fair knowledge of using tablets (KOBO, SurveyCTO, ODK) and applications and android systems.
