COMSTECH presents an exceptional opportunity for those who are competent in robotics to showcase their skills and participate in this challenge. OIC aims to make ORC a platform to encourage youth and help them develop technical and creative skills in frontier technologies.

Important Details:

• Deadline:             15^th September 2019
• Location:              UZEXPOCENTRE exhibition center, Tashkent, Uzbekistan
• A total of 30-45 international teams will be selected (90 applicants). From the local area, 30 applicants will be selected.
• The competition is divided in to two categories (rules on each one is found here)
  • Robo-Football (two robots are controlled from a distance to play football)
  • Robo-Sumo (where one robot (autonomous) pushes the other one out of the ring)
• Team Formation:
  • Maximum number of members in one team: 3
  • Each team can bring one other person who acts as manager or mentor to accompany them but he/she will need pay for his/her own travel
  • Only one member of the team should register all the other teams in one single application.
  • When registering, the applicants should make it distinguishable as to which category they are applying to. (However, they can participant in both)
  • The teams should be in Tashkent before 27^th of October 2019

Benefits:

• Out of 3 team member 2 will have full travel support.
• For international participants there will be support for 50-60 of them.
• Lodging and boarding for duration of stay (5 days – 27-31 October)

• Between 17-23 years old
• Must have technical competence
