Job summary

New Consultancy and Relief Organization is looking to hire 16 enumerators in Herat province. The deadline for application is tight so apply as early as possible if you are interests and eligible.

Job Description:

The duties and responsibilities of position holders include:

1. Coordination of the project activities with elders and the district government officials.
2. Mobilization of the target communities (explain the target beneficiaries, food package (food ration scale), beneficiary selection, and food distribution steps).
3. Creation of beneficiary selection committee (BSC) at the project sites.
4. Assessment of beneficiaries based on WFP beneficiary targeting criteria through BSC.
6. Distribution of token to eligible beneficiaries.
7. Facilitation of food storage and distribution at the district-level store.
8. Keeping accurate records of evaluated recipients and share the report with the project management.
9. Communication between the project site office and provincial offices.
10. Reporting on daily activities progresses to the Project Officer and Project Manager.
11. Any other additional task assigned by the project manager and officer.

 Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field.

Years of Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience. Candidates with work experience in similar activities in one of the NCRO projects will be given preference.

Be able to work in all parts of Cheshti Sharif, Pashtoon Zarghon, Farsi, and Zenda Jan districts of Herat Province
– Fluent in Dari and Pashto.
